Reviewers Share The Benefits Of A Cervical Stretcher

I cannot recommend the RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer enough! I’ve been struggling with neck pain and TMJ discomfort for a while, and this device has been a total game-changer. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after just a few sessions, I could feel significant relief. The design is incredibly ergonomic, and the way it matches the natural curve of the cervical spine is spot on. When I lie down on it, I feel like it’s gently stretching my neck and shoulders in all the right ways—providing vertical, horizontal, and curvature support to really release tension and help with spinal alignment. It’s like having a mini chiropractor at home! I’ve been using it for about 10 minutes a day as recommended, and I already notice less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and I can comfortably use it on the floor, yoga mat, or even outdoors. […]” — Lawrence D (This review has been edited for length. Read the full review.)

“BE PATIENT – IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now.[…]” — CHLOE Alexa (This review has been edited for length. Read the full review.)

“This gives a great neck stretch! It is super helpful if you struggle with tension in your neck that causes headaches. 10 minutes a day is all that is needed! Was cautiously optimistic but am super happy with this purchase!” — Sky & Nic

“Finding Relief in a Simple Curve My neck has been a source of constant discomfort for years. Stiffness, tension headaches, that persistent ache that just won’t go away – it all felt like an unavoidable consequence of spending too much time looking at screens and not enough time maintaining perfect posture (does anyone actually have perfect posture?). I’ve tried massages, heat pads, stretching, and even some questionable contraptions in the past, but nothing provided lasting relief. I was looking for something simple, effective, and easy to use at home. This RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer seemed almost too basic to work, but its simple curve has brought surprising comfort. This device is essentially a firm piece of foam with a specific ergonomic shape designed to cradle your head and gently stretch your neck. It’s lightweight, portable, and requires absolutely no setup. You just lie down, position it under your neck, and relax. The instructions recommend starting with just 10 minutes, and I found that was a good starting point to get used to the sensation. […]” — MBS (This review has been edited for length. “Ykes, started to notice the development of a “forward head tilt” and “rounded shoulders” posture (together with a creeping increase in the frequency and intensity of “tension headaches”!) — given the increasing amount of time having to spend in front of computer screens and personal devices, I can well imagine fast-forwarding 10 years down the road & seeing myself permanently locked in an exaggerated “iHunch” posture, with chronic neck pain & recurring brutal headaches! (omg, looking & feeling like my complaining grandpappy!) […] Since receiving the Restcloud traction device, I have been using it for 3 times daily (approx. 10 mins each session) for the past 6 weeks… and my verdict, thus far? — it’s been really effective for me! When I first started out, my shoulder (esp. pec/scalene/levator scapulae muscles) were sooo darn tight, that even while lying supine my shoulders were still “rolled forward” — the muscular tension being so taut that it prevented the breadth of my entire upper back from lying appropriately flattened against the floor surface!
